Warranty CoverageThree-year frame warranty on all structural welds and the 6061 aluminium chassis. Two-year motor warranty against winding failure and bearing seizure. One-year cargo box system warranty covering locks, hinges, seals, and quick-release mechanism. Battery warranty: 1,500 charge cycles or 24 months, whichever comes first, at minimum 80% capacity retention. Warranty parts dispatched promptly via express air courier.
