One Window Into
Electric Two-Wheeler OEM
An OEM/ODM export program for e-bikes, e-scooters and e-tricycles — engineered, sampled and documented for the market you sell into.
Branding In, Compliance Out,
Across Every Market
EMS-EBIKE is an export program, not a marketplace listing. We build your project against a defined process: the target market sets the standard map, the sample sets the physical expectation, and the documentation set is compiled with the order — so a customs broker or a compliance team finds nothing missing at the last minute.
We work with experienced manufacturing partners for assembly, and bring our own engineering and export desk to the project: fit, finish, sourcing and documentation decisions all clear through one window. No middlemen, no handoffs, no information gaps between what the salesperson promises and what the production line delivers.
Why Importers Work With EMS-EBIKE
Supply Chain, Not Suppliers
Frame welding, battery pack assembly, motor lacing and final assembly are handled across our partner facilities — with one quality system governing the chain. We do not invent a spot-welding line in a render; we show you the actual line your order will use, with cell-level IR and voltage sorting reviewed on the sample stage.
One Point of Contact
Quotes, commercial invoices, packing lists, export documents and QC planning all issue from one export desk. You never thread a trading company between you and the production floor — and you always know who to call when a question matters.
Engineering Review
Every platform we build passed a design review: frame geometry, battery mount, decal placement and DFM checks are settled on files before tooling. Custom colorways, branding and configuration changes are reviewed the same way — so the sample is the specification, not a surprise.
Compliance Prepared With the Order
Test-report paths, battery transport documentation, material declarations and CE technical files are mapped in the project phase and compiled with production — the paperwork arrives with the container, not after the buyer asks twice.
What Drives Every Shipment
Bias to Actual
Progress photos, live video walkthroughs and pre-shipment inspection options are part of the standard package — because what you can see is what you can trust. If a line or a source cannot be shown, it does not go into the order scope.
Long-Term Programs
One account manager stays with your project across orders — the same person handling your PO amendments, inspection scheduling and after-sales claims. Program structure, spare-parts planning and warranty support are agreed at order time, not discovered later.
Transparency by Default
Order status updates, production photos, test data and packing records are shared on a defined cadence for every project — so surprises stay off the end of the lead time.
Four Desks, One Project
Every order runs through the same four desks, regardless of market or product line — you know who owns your project at every stage.
Engineering Desk
Compatibility review, DFM checks, decal and colorway file prep, spec sheets that match the actual BOM. The desk that stops a paint-booth mismatch before it becomes a sample.
Compliance Desk
Maps the standard and test-report path for the target region, tracks regulation changes, and assembles the per-market document set: battery transport summaries, material declarations, technical files.
Production Desk
Line allocation, component sourcing, QC checkpoint management and weekly photo/progress reporting against the agreed production timeline.
Export Desk
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, booking and customs paperwork — the container leaves with a matching document stack under your own order number.
