Built for Your Market

Every import market has its own compliance baseline, charging protocol and buyer expectations. We plan each OEM project against the market it will ship to — before the first sample is made.

Market Playbooks

Compliance First, Fit Second

The fastest path to a clean customs clearance is a final specification that was correct on day one. These are the baselines we work from when a project targets a specific region.

Europe — EPAC & Battery Rules

Pedal-assist e-bikes sold in the EU are harmonized under the EN 15194 standard for electrically power-assisted cycles, while batteries fall under EN 50604 and the EU Battery Regulation's passport obligation for light-mobility packs. Projects bound for the EU start with a type-approval check on frame and fork geometry.

North America — UL & Electric Class

US e-bikes are evaluated against UL 2849 (electrical systems) and UL 2271 (battery) — often a retailer or marketplace requirement, not only a legal one. Motors above 750 W move a product into a different regulated vehicle class, which changes the specification entirely. We flag that trade-off up front rather than after tooling.

Middle East & Africa — Heat & Infra

Gulf and tropical markets punish under-engineered battery thermals and standard fasteners. Projects here get higher IP seals, corrosion-resistant hardware, and thermal derating on the BMS by default. Local charging infrastructure and sand/heat exposure are reviewed with the buyer during the sample phase.

Southeast Asia — Density & Duty

High-ridership markets favor torque-heavy urban platforms, hot-swap pack layouts for delivery fleets, and SKD/CKD shipment splitting to optimize import duty. We structure the bill of materials and packing list per destination — the documentation angle matters as much as the spec sheet.

How We Work

Every Engagement Includes

Compliance Planning

Before quoting, we map the certification or test-report path for your target market — which body, which standard revision, which samples to pre-send to the lab. You get a written feasibility note with your quotation instead of a vague promise.

Design Review & DFM

Your branding, colorway, decal layout and battery mount are reviewed against the production process before tooling. What looks right in render often fights a paint booth — we settle that on the file, not on the sample.

Documentation Package

Per-order documentation is compiled alongside production: test reports, battery transport summaries, material declarations and the packing/manual set. Your customs broker and your customers' compliance team receive the same file set we ship.

Transparent Sampling

Photographic progress reports at defined click-points — frame, paint, assembly, QC. You see the unit the way your customers will, and we do not press to production until you have signed off.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Third-party or buyer-site inspection options on site, with a line-stop convention: no unit ships with an open check failure. Non-conformities are reworked and re-checked before the container seal is applied.

After-Sales Support

Spare parts planning, technical manuals and a dedicated contact for warranty claims — the support structure is agreed as part of the order, not discovered after delivery.

Start Small, Structure Early

Most Projects Begin With a Feasibility Question

Tell us the market, the product category and the target volume — even a rough number. We return with a compliance feasibility note, a model shortlist and a production-timeline skeleton inside a few working days. If the project needs custom engineering, the design guides explain what we can change and what stays fixed.

The full delivery path — sample policy, milestones, payment terms, container logistics — is documented on the How It Works page. The Quality & Compliance page details the inspection chain, and Shipping & Export covers sea and air options.
